coronavirus pandemic that has shaken the world and ruined the lives of many
people. The first wave has gone and the vaccination also started and gave hope
for the future. here comes the fall of water on our dreams in the name of a new variant
of covid 19 and broke many people's hearts. in this blog, we will suggest to you some
of the precautions which everyone should take and follow regularly.

peppers, broccoli, garlic, ginger, spinach, yogurt, almonds, sunflower
