A situation that the world did not expect, a situation where the whole world should get united to fight, it’s the coronavirus pandemic that has shaken the world and ruined the lives of many people. The first wave has gone and the vaccination also started and gave hope for the future. here comes the fall of water on our dreams in the name of a new variant of covid 19 and broke many people's hearts. in this blog, we will suggest to you some of the precautions which everyone should take and follow regularly.

There are various food items that increase the immunity level of our body. Taking the fruits and vegetables in a regular content like citrus fruits which are rich in vitamin C, red bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, ginger, spinach, yogurt, almonds, sunflower seeds, turmeric, green tea, papaya, kiwi, poultry, shellfish. the above-mentioned food items are one of the top 15 immunity-boosting foods.
